** Dr. Natasha Bouchard (Gosselin) is currently on maternity leave from her clinical practice. She will update this page with more information when she determines her date of return.**

Dr. Natasha Bouchard (Gosselin) provides adult clients with individual assessment and treatment for anxiety (generalized, social, phobias, and panic), depression, grief and loss, relationship/interpersonal difficulties, and low self-worth/self esteem.  She has a special interest in working with clients through pregnancy, perinatal and postpartum depression and anxiety.  Natasha collaborates with her clients to develop a treatment plan tailored to their needs and goals.  She uses a cognitive-behavioural approach and integrates elements of schema therapy, experiential, and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT skills).  Natasha leads the Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy Program, which allows clients to face and overcome fears and phobias (e.g. flying in planes, public speaking, spiders, snakes, etc.) using virtual environments. She also supervises the Core Beliefs Group Therapy Program, which helps clients learn to challenge longstanding negative core beliefs using cognitive and behavioural strategies, with the goal of developing a healthier and more positive self-view.
