Dylan Davidson is Ph.D. Candidate from the University of Manitoba and Clinical Psychology Resident at the Ottawa Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (OICBT). He has practiced psychotherapy and psychological assessment as a graduate student in clinical psychology for 6 years. In his clinical work, he believes in the value of adopting a comprehensive view of individual and sociocultural factors which contribute to psychological distress (e.g., biological, cultural, psychological, systemic, and attachment-based factors) and integrating multiple theoretical approaches to psychological treatment to tailor care to his clients’ unique needs. He additionally has research and clinical interests relating to public education regarding mental health and accessibility of psychological services.
