GROUP THERAPY:
Group CBT is a short-term treatment approach. We provide several groups, including: Introductory CBT group for Anxiety and Depression; Core Beliefs; and ADHD for clients who require a low-intensity treatment. These groups aim to support clients in developing specific skills to address problems and find new ways to live a fuller life. HOME AND COMMUNITY PROGRAM:
The Home and Community Program provides evidence-based treatment to individuals with anxiety disorders and depression who require moderate- to high-intensity treatment. Clients work with a CBT therapist in an office setting and also participate in supplementary treatment sessions at home or in the community with behavioural aid. This program allows clients to practice and master learned skills in the situations where these skills are most relevant. More information → →

DIALECTICAL BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (DBT) INTENSIVE TREATMENT PROGRAM:
This comprehensive treatment program at the OICBT is based on Marsha Linehan’s evidence-based treatment model for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and on best-practice models for the treatment of severe anxiety disorders (social anxiety disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Agoraphobia), mood disorders (depression and bipolar), trauma-related disorders (including PTSD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).  More information → →

INTENSIVE DAY TREATMENT PROGRAM FOR SEVERE ANXIETY DISORDERS, OCD, PTSD AND DEPRESSION:
This comprehensive treatment program is based on best-practice models for the treatment of severe anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and depression. Individualized treatment plans involve a combination of individual therapy, group education, exposure and activation practice for clients requiring a higher intensity of treatment.
