As the Business Development & Systems Manager at the Ottawa Institute of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Piyush supports both the clinic’s technology systems and strategic growth initiatives to help ensure OICBT’s services run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. He works closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to strengthen day-to-day operations, improve internal workflows, and enhance the overall experience for both clients and clinicians.
With a background in project management, healthcare technology, and process automation, Piyush specializes in aligning strategy with execution and delivering practical, scalable solutions in complex and regulated environments. His work includes overseeing clinic systems, supporting privacy and compliance, improving reporting and decision-making, and contributing to outreach, partnerships, and brand alignment to support the clinic’s long-term growth and innovation.

Piyush has a background in technology, business, and project leadership, with education spanning Electronics Engineering and post-graduate studies in Business Management, Project Management, and Professional Accounting. He is also certified in Scrum and has completed specialized training in Generative AI for business through the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
Outside of work, Piyush enjoys travelling, exploring new food spots, playing badminton, listening to music, and staying focused on personal development and continuous learning.
