Ericha Braun, MSW, RSW is a registered social worker providing individual and group therapy at OICBT since 2021. Ericha received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Carleton University where she focused on counselling approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, solutions-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. Ericha has completed additional professional training in dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Ericha operates from a client-centred and trauma-informed perspective to create a supportive and individualized environment for you to explore the mental health challenges you’re experiencing. Ericha combines evidenced-based practices and a strengths-based approach to help you work toward your goals and build a life that feels meaningful for you.
