Ayesha Ghouri

Registered Psychotherapist

Are you feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty that comes with life’s transitions, anxiety, stress, or substance use? Maybe you’re trying to manage difficult emotions, navigate relationships, figure out your next steps, or simply find a way to feel more like yourself again. Whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
I support individuals and families through complex situations, bringing a strong commitment to safety, compassion, and meaningful change. While I have a particular passion for supporting youth and young adults, I enjoy working with individuals across adulthood who are navigating life’s challenges and looking to build a more fulfilling and authentic life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself and supported enough to take the next step forward. Together, we’ll focus on building on your strengths, developing helpful coping strategies, and working toward the goals that matter most to you. My hope is that you leave our sessions with greater confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of direction.
