Dr. Amy Webb

CBT Therapist (Supervised)

Dr. Webb is a postdoctoral therapist at the OICBT who provides treatment services to adults experiencing difficulties related to mood and anxiety, interpersonal, health, and trauma-related issues. Dr. Webb has completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Ottawa, clinical residency at the Horizon Health Network (NB, 2022), and has worked at the OICBT since 2022. She has gained experience working in a wide range of private practice, hospital, and community mental health settings delivering therapy to people from diverse backgrounds. Areas of special interest include women’s health concerns and coping with chronic conditions. While Dr. Webb’s foundational training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) she is well versed in a range of therapeutic approaches including Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Dr. Webb works collaboratively with her clients, drawing from these approaches, to meet their diverse needs. Dr. Webb is currently working under the supervision of Dr. O. Pete Kelly and provides services in English.
