Rishibha Narang, M.A. Clinical Psychology, RCC, is a CBT Therapist providing individual therapy to adults under the supervision of a CPBAO-registered Clinical Psychologist while completing the supervised practice requirements for registration as a Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). She has been deemed eligible by the CPBAO to pursue registration as a Psychological Associate.
Rishibha is passionate about helping individuals better understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical responses. She takes a collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented approach to therapy, tailoring evidence-based treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and values. Her practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on helping clients develop practical skills that foster resilience and meaningful, lasting change.
With over two years of clinical experience, Rishibha works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma-related concerns, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions.
Rishibha holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). She is also an active member of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and is committed to ongoing professional development and the delivery of high-quality, research-informed care.
In addition to her clinical work, Rishibha has contributed to psychological research. She is the author of the published article, Pornography and Psychological Well-Being: A Comparison Between Adolescents and Young Adults (IAHRW International Journal of Social Sciences Review). Her master’s dissertation examined Psychological Distress and Its Impact on Separation Anxiety and Social Phobia among Refugees, reflecting her interest in trauma, resilience, and the mental health of diverse populations.
