Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Olivia Rebelo, RP(Q), is a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) under the supervision of Dr. Pete Kelly. Olivia has over three years of experience in social services, and has been providing individual and group therapy for the past year. Olivia earned her Master Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and completed her Bachelor of Social Work at Carleton University.

Her therapeutic orientation primarily incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP). Additionally, she has specialized training in cognitive processing therapy (CPT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and trauma informed approaches within narrative therapy, and attachment-focused therapy.

Olivia adopts a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, creating a supportive and personalized environment where clients can openly explore their mental health and well-being. She blends evidence methods with a strength-based perspective to assist clients in working toward their goals and cultivating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
