Kyle McBride

Predoctoral Clinical Resident

Kyle McBride is a Clinical Psychology Resident at OICBT. Kyle takes a person-centered approach with his clients, addressing the individual needs of his clients by tailoring various research-based therapy strategies. He has experience with a variety of problems relating to anxiety, mood, PTSD, OCD, BPD, in addition to non-diagnosed problems (e.g., grief, stress, interpersonal problems etc.…). His primary therapeutic approach is cognitive-behavioural, with flexibility that regularly involves humanistic and dialectical themes.
