Joseph Inhaber

Resident; Clinical Psychology

Joseph Inhaber is a Resident in Clinical Psychology with over a decade of experience in mental health research and six years as a therapist. At the OICBT, Joseph works under the supervision of clinical psychologists Dr. Michael Bodner, Dr. Dhrasti Shah, and Dr. Connie Dalton. He offers virtual appointments Monday through Friday and in-person sessions on Mondays. Joseph is passionate about supporting individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, and obsessive–compulsive disorder. He approaches therapy with the conviction that life is meant to be lived fully, and that with the right support, mental health struggles can be understood, managed, and overcome. Guided by this belief, Joseph provides compassionate, evidence-based care that helps clients build lives of meaning and resilience. His approach emphasizes fostering self-understanding, developing adaptive coping skills, and promoting lasting growth. Combining warmth, empathy, and curiosity with a structured, research-informed style, Joseph aims to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic space. As a psychology resident, he practices under the supervision of a clinical psychologist to ensure comprehensive care.
