Allie Grady

Practicum Student; Clinical Psychology

Allie Grady is a Practicum Student in her fourth year of study in the Clinical Psychology PhD program at the University of Ottawa. At OICBT, Allie is supervised by Dr. Angela Priede, C. Psych (Supervised Practice), and Dr. François Rousseau, C. Psych. Allie strives to provide a warm and collaborative environment where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. She uses evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs, drawing on cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused, and dialectical approaches. Allie has a special interest in supporting adults as they navigate life transitions, including caregiving, relationship transitions, and grief and loss. In both her research and clinical work, Allie is dedicated to supporting two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, asexual/ace, aromantic/aro and additional sexual and gender minority (2SLGBTQIA+) communities. Allie provides virtual and in-person care.
