Services provided in private practice in Ontario are not covered by OHIP. Services are covered in part or in whole by various insurance providers.

Some insurance companies require a letter of referral for psychological services from a physician. To be safe, please contact your insurance provider first.

In our experience, coverage can vary considerably. We highly recommend you contact your insurance provider first.

We only offer direct billing for clients from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF)

If you are a resident of Canada and your therapist is licensed, you can generally claim the costs of your sessions on your tax return. Please check with a tax professional for further information.

We do offer payment plans for individuals who are in financial distress. Please contact us for more information.

We offer payment through credit card through Stripe within OWL practice as well as electronic transfer.
