Stéphanie Lalande is a practicum student completing her doctorate (PhD) in clinical psychology at the University of Ottawa. Stéphanie recognizes the importance of the therapeutic alliance in optimizing treatment outcomes. She strongly values the impact of feeling understood and validated, which is why she is committed to providing a non-judgmental and safe space for individuals to express themselves. She aims to foster trust within the therapeutic relationship, offering clients the opportunity to develop a sense of hope and security as they courageously confront life challenges and vulnerabilities.

Although Stéphanie has obtained training in couples and families psychotherapy, her current areas of focus are currently in psychological interventions treatment where she specializes and focus in the following areas:
