Audrey Hodgins, B.A., M.A., is a practicum student at the Ottawa Institute of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (OICBT) who is dedicated to providing evidence-based care using integrative approaches and modalities. She is part of the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) team, where she works under the supervision of Dr. Kiran Vadaga. Audrey takes a client-centered approach, personalizing treatment to align with each individual’s unique needs and goals. Audrey believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is essential for meaningful progress. She is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported.
In addition to her clinical work, Audrey is a Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Ottawa, where she researches cognitive accessibility in the workplace.
Audrey offers both in-person and online therapy sessions.
