Golnaz Ghaderi is a Predoctoral Clinical Resident, completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Ottawa. She uses an integrative approach including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Ms. Ghaderi provides assessment and intervention services for a range of concerns including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, obsessive and compulsive disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, as well as emotional and behavioural regulation. She uses a strength-based approach, through which clients feel empowered by gaining insight into their strengths and challenges, while she guides and teaches them skills to reach their therapeutic and personal goals and improve their overall well-being. Ms. Ghaderi works under the supervision of Drs. Pete Kelly and Kiran Vadaga.
